A: Mold can grow on anything, however Guardeck Prestige's surface is designed to resist mold from growing within the materials pores, thereby making it easier to remove mold and stains from the surface. Use water, mild soap and a stiff bristled nylon brush to remove dirt. Clean at least every six months. Guardeck Prestige is designed to be easily cleaned; therefore power washing should not be necessary. Extreme high pressures should be avoided.
